  When you purchase a licence for Chinese Text Analyser, we receive payment notification from Paypal which includes your registered Paypal email, your country of residence, your shipping/billing address and so on. We keep track of such notifications for tax and accounting purposes and also to help provide support to paid customers. We will not share this information with anyone unless required by law. These notifications do not include any of your banking or credit card details.

• Licences

  We store information such as the name, email and address of each licensed user to help identify licensed users and to allow for automated reissuing of licences.

• Email Address

  If you sign up for our mailing list, we store that email address on our servers, and from time to time will send you emails related to our products and services. You can opt out of these emails at any time. Your email is never shared with anyone else unless required by law.
